Registration and payment via PayPal involves two general steps:

  1. Register by submitting your name and institutional info. below.

  2. Make a payment and receive proof of payment (a receipt) using PayPal on the page that follows. This involves two possible options:

    1. If you have a PayPal account, you will simply be asked to login and pay.

    2. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be asked create one. This involves filling out a single, short and secure form (asking for a password as well as credit card or bank numbers and related payment information). You will then be asked to pay.
